Knowledge. I have COUNTLESS hours of education, research and experience. My education and research are ongoing, and I love doing it! There are many mortgage programs available to borrowers and I want to know which ones will suit my individual clients the best!
Working for You Around-the-Clock. I spend many nights, weekends and holidays answering my phone when it rings. I make myself available to Realtors when they have to get an offer in. I reach out to the listing agent to discuss the strength of our clients offer when it’s made, and I always introduce myself and set expectations once an offer is accepted. I recognize that most home buyers work during the day, so I make myself available to them when they have time to discuss the biggest purchase of their life.
Experienced. I have almost 40 years of customer service experience, 22 of them in financial services, including banking and mortgages. More than 12 of these years have involved working with business owners, including financing. This work entails understanding their individual industries, how they make their money, and how to read their tax returns. That also includes meeting their CPA’s and attorneys and building relationships with them.
