Not everyone knows what I do as a mortgage loan officer. The boring answer is “I write mortgages.” But there’s much more to the job than that. And there’s much more I do and provide. Here are the benefits borrowers receive when they hire me to be their mortgage advocate.

4. Experienced. I have almost 40 years of customer service experience, 22 of them in financial services, including banking and mortgages. More than 12 of these years have involved working with business owners, including financing. This work entails understanding their individual industries, how they make their money, and how to read their tax returns. That also includes meeting their CPA’s and attorneys and building relationships with them.
5. Helpful. I have helped hundreds of individuals over the years with their financial needs, including mortgages and consumer loans, learning what open ended questions to ask and listening for clues so that I can actually deliver what they need.
